She studied under world renown pastry chefs including Nicholas Lodge, Mark Seaman and Scott Green. Great question, and one that can be really hard to answer. Every cake is custom made to each event. While some cakes are similar, you will never see Emily repeat the same cake twice. Some smaller cakes may take longer to decorate than a larger one and therefore be a higher price per serving. Base price for buttercream cakes start at $4 per serving and fondant at $5 per serving.
