I had a design to be Digitized, I was told 3 business days. That didn't happen & I still DON'T have my DIGITIZED design. I then had that design put on 3 items, 1 item design & shirt color was the exact same color (needless to say that shirt is useless). I can't seem to get anyone that handles embroidery there and I've been there several times. 😬😬😬

Mad about the green the rep used on my bachelorette squad shirts. Didn't match the color that I picked off their wall or the design I showed her and even offered to send for reference. Buying my own t-shirts off Amazon saved the look. The material and fit helped balance that hideous highlighter yellow. I changed my review because the shirts were well received and the store owner gave better service than I initially felt I got under the deadlines and pressure I was working with personally to get my shirts done last minute.

Top notch customer service they helped me get my brand “visionary club” off the ground and for that I will always be thankful and send more people their way

Do not waste your time or money. They told me they were making my shirt and to come in & they never did. I was flying out that day and I needed the shirt as a surprise proposal. Very rude and unprofessional; attempted to argue me down.

They did my shirt for my daughter mickey mouse party last year , i still wear it in the house and the quality is just amazing . And they were very helpful, will recommend

I went there for a hoodie and they charge me 10 dollars for a vinyl sticker but the sticker didn’t stick good and i returned the hoodie back to show them that the sticker was out and they charged an other 16 dollars to put me an embroidery sticker . That’s ridiculous.

It's ok. A little too pricey for the quality but if you need something fast, its an option.

Order from here Every Year for my Dad who gets his name and age put on a T shirt.. They did me A HUGE favor today and I greatly appreciated them!! I would highly recommend!!! Thanks guys!!👌👌

The experience I had as far as the product goes was good. I paid to get my logo digitized so they could put it on some shirts. Afterwards the guy tells me that I need a flash drive to get the logo. So I go get a flash drive and come back a couple days later so I can get the logo. A different guy tells me that when you pay 30 dollars the store keeps the file and when you pay 100 dollars you can take the file. That's absolutely ridiculous and a rip off!!! It does not cost that much to digitize a logo. My review is simply based off of the store ripping people off for their logo. Its enough that I

It’s conveniently located in the up stairs portion of the Deptford Mall across from NY & Co. What makes this store nice is that you don’t have to order shirts or hats online and have no idea if it’s going to come out right. The manager Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable.
