The Delaware County Solid Waste Authority will be closed on the following dates. Subsequently, we will not be collecting residential trash on those days because the dumps will be closed. All transfer stations, incinerators and landfills are now testing each truck that crosses their scales for radio active material. When a truck sets off the alarm, it is then parked and contained until a certified scientist can come and remove the radio active waste. Until then and only then, the truck must sit.

They are the worst. We are a food establishment and they have left a broken dumpster full of rotting food at my job for almost 2 weeks now and won't get it until they can replace it? GET YOUR BROKEN DUMPSTER FULL OF ROTTING FOOD OUT OF HERE. IDGAF about the replacement right now. They are just incompetent.

Ordered a Dumpster to be delivered - Gave credit card to pay in full for it - Scheduled work men around the dumpster - Signed terms and conditions contract - and at 4;30 pm the afternoon before the dumpster is supposed to come, they tell me it's not available..I asked for a smaller one until the one I actually reserved can be here and they said I would have to pay for 2 separate dumpsters - with no apologies.

They gave me a price for 350 for a 10yd dumpster. In the fine print it only includes 3 ton??!! LOL

Ordered a 10 yd roll off About a week and a 1/2 ago, Sign the contract , they put their deposit right on my credit card. The day before the dumpster was to get delivered they called at 4:15 to cancel and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience they have caused Me and their office closes at 4:30.
Could not call them until the next day because their office was closed. When I called them the next morning they just said it was a scheduling issue. Didn't apologize . To me this is very unprofessional. So I canceled now, I'm told I will not get my deposit back for about 2 to 3 weeks.

Recent roofing project was done and J&K was on dumpster duty. All I can say is goodbye lawn and goodbye driveway lights. Huge ruts and impressions were left in our lawn next to the driveway which we will need to fix at our own expense. The driver came the day after our roofing work was finished, pulled halfway up the driveway and then just left without pickup up the dumpster, no call, no notification while I watched it happen. I guess leaving their dumpster in our driveway an extra day is tantamount to their service. This is our first and only experience as they do not service our area.

Called to get residential trash service setup, and after about 2 weeks of inquiring as to when my container would arrive (they said two days at first) I was told they didn't have any and had no idea when they would get them. I obviously cancelled the service request, and then was billed a few weeks later. They did take care of the bill issue right away, but still. Very poor customer service.
