Wire Works founder Bernie Wire previously worked as the Sr. Applications Engineer for Unitek Equipment, now Amada Weld Tech Inc. For five years Mr. Wire supported new and existing customers process development and use of the equipment. Daily tasks included producing welding feasibility studies for both domestic and international sales representatives and overseeing all in-house welding operations for reflow solder thermode products.

In the years since Mr. Wire has provided support to welding equipment manufacturers and their end users. Examples of companies supported: GE Lighting, GE Medical, GE Power, Special Devices, Inc. GKN Aerospace, Motorola, Unitek Equipment, MicroJoin, and MacGregor Welding Systems using a variety of welding systems; Avio, MacGregor Welding Systems, MicroJoin, Miyachi Unitek, and Seiwa.
