Went in today to have COVID tests for my family of 5. We pulled in behind a truck and we tried to call to get service but recording kept saying No one is available. After finally getting through at 259pm a very rude lady answered and after we told her we needed 5 tests she said ummm we are done testing uh actually right now. We get done testing at 3pm. It wasn't even 3 pm and we were there waiting for the truck next to us to finish his call. And no where on the website does it say 3pm for them to being done with testing.

Great doctor - they do ultrasounds, xrays, all types of medical procedures and have awesome staff. Doctors are so good & accommodating, actually care about their patients.
My wait time is never over 20min and saw someone walk out with stitches so well understood. If they have you wait, it is because of epidemic and there is someone in there that needs real medical attention - more than a refill. Good Healthcare is not like 'fast food', and you don't want it to be. It's like being mad an chic-filet for having a line around the block, you arent taking into account the # of people, level of urgency

If you could give zero stars I would. This place is absolutely unqualified to treat anyone. Daughter went here for a diagnosis that she has had since the age of 3 years old and told that she has somthing completely unrelated to her diagnosis. Told her cold sore was related to her long finger nails and that she needed to clean them with a tooth brush, are you kidding me, guess that is why you should see a real Dr and not a joke PA or NP, waste of money and time, don't bother going, you won't get a real diagnosis, you will get a dx of the 3 things they were taught in school

I understand there are staffing issues everywhere, and doctors offices are getting hit harder than most, but waiting 2 hours past my appointment time wasn't, on it's own, worthy of writing a review. My concern should not have required another appointment in the first place, but it also included unnecessary testing (double-tested at lab) that I did not understand I was being charged for. Practitioner spent about 5 minutes in the room with me and I left feeling extremely dissatisfied with something that ended up costing me much more than it should have. Sat and watched people get admitted who signed in after me, this went on for 1.5 hours. Finally got in, the Doctor is great. Got my exam done, and a covid test. Called a day later for results, they told me that they did not send my test out because i didn't fill out my "covid questionnaire" that they never once told me i had to do. and told me that i would need to be retested. Office staff is very unprofessional. You know it's bad when the Doctor has to come in and tell all the nurses at the front desk how to do their jobs. I HIGHLY discourage anyone from going here.

My wife had an allergic reaction to a wasp bite. We arrived 40 minutes before the scheduled close. The intake nurse told us they were not taking any more patients. We begged her to ask the Doctor; she returned after a minute and told us he said no. She was very cold and unsympathetic. Seems to me that if a place says it's open until 6, it should be open til 6, not 5:15 especially for an allergic reaction!
