Septic System Designs

I am building a new home and need a septic system design (HHE-200) to start the permitting and building process - where do I start? The process of acting on these and many other questions you may have about your septic system can be an intimidating process. I know just how intimidating it can be; before becoming a Site Evaluator, my own septic system failed and I didn't know where to begin.
