My motorcycle broke down in the spring and I started saving money to get it fixed. I looked up and found Moto Italia around August, I saw on their website that they service bikes so I went in and they said they even come out and will pick it up since I don’t own a truck and trailer. They never showed up or called. I called 6 times within a week and nothing. I went back in person late in September and the person I talked to recognized me and gave me an excuse why they never showed. He assured me they would pick it up that weekend. This is a long time dealer in fine Italian motorcycles. I've not purchased a bike there yet but I am working on that. The service is good and they have have a decent selection of other gear and accessories for a small dealer. If you are in need of Moto Guzzi parts or service or even another bike, it's the place to go in the metro area.

Excellent local shop with great service. Went here to rent a scooter for the DMV test and practice, the owner and all staff were very friendly and helpful. With the time spent here, I was able to easily pass the test on the first try. I have since referred several others to this location who all shared the same great experience. If you are interested in learning to ride, I recommend talking with the team here.

Vernon great guy , he helped me to get motorcycle license , I spend 2 days on his scooter , and I passed test easy on 150cc scooter . I try pass test on my 2013 ninja 650 and failed . He is very great guy , great owner and he is very professional motorcycle lover ! I highly recommend him . I will come back again !!!

Took my Ninja 300 there to get it serviced and have a power commander and some frame sliders installed and have never had such great service! The people at Motor Italia are absolutely fantastic! I've had nothing but great things to say about them and their service. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks for being such a great shop! I DEFINITELY recommend anybody in the area to go here!

Do not get a vehicle from them or take it there for servicing. I took it in Jun 28th 2013, still haven't gotten it back it's Nov 29th 2013, I have called them more than 100 times and have only had a single call back. I called after the 3 weeks. No call back for 2 weeks. I don't know how they stay in business. No follow through. If they order a part they never check on it. Replaced my muffler under warranty, then it broke the next day, have it back to them. 5 weeks later they hadn't told the warranty people at lance. Just completely ridiculous. Called better business bureau, they would not return

Vernon at Moto Italia replaced the gas tank on my V7 racer under warranty (400 miles on the bike) and it now leaks gas profusely onto the engine making it unable to be ridden. After the warranty repair it was transported by truck to my home and the first time I tried to ride it it had the leak upon starting it. I am thus unable to ride it to the dealer; he refuses to come get the bike and fix his mistake which is a massive safety hazard.
