All great home projects start with a single idea. Maybe it's a picture you've ripped from a magazine or a post that caught your eye on Houzz. Sometimes it's a detail you saw at a friend's house. From there, you start gathering more ideas. Maybe kitchen layouts and cabinet colors. A dormered roof on top of a garage or a transom window over a front door.
You've been thinking about it forever. Where you'd put the stove top or the perfect spot for a window seat. Or maybe you'd just like to figure out how to fit all of your shoes inside your closet. You've combed through home magazines and websites and have a folder full of ideas and now you're ready to take the next step.
Have you ever had a project held up as a result of your architect? Unreturned phone calls. Stalled permit applications. Overwrought design details. We know how frustrating that can be and understand that construction delays, wasted materials and over-designing can cost you money. We want to help you get your project completed on time and are committed to providing the following:.
When Sandy struck the Jersey Shore in 2012, the super storm not only left homes up and down the coast battered and flooded, it also left a lot of confusion in its wake as homeowners struggled to figure out how to rebuild. Since then, a lot of those questions have been answered.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) released revised flood maps that set guidelines for lifting storm damaged homes, and state and federal grant money became available for homeowners who met certain criteria. But as with any home construction project, there remains a lot of confusion around the process of raising a home even after you've figured out the basics.

Anthony and his team worked with me to insure my plans to renovate my home were exactly what I wanted. Anthony took his time with me to explore all possible options in real time with 3D rendering software. In November of 2016, the office of Anthony M. Condouris prepared the plans for a new porch floor structure at my property in Asbury Park.

Used him years ago. Reneged on agreement & cost me $8,000.
In response to you recent comments: there was an issue with the siding being in violation of code. You agreed it was your mistake and agreed to cover cost of curing this. It cost us $8,000.
After cure, I called & you had just gotten a new partner (co-owner?). He said you won't pay and we could sue if we wanted any money.
There's no need to do anything now. i just wanted people to have this info when considering an architect.
