The customer (Lessee) acknowledges that in the event the equipment, chinaware, glassware, silverware and other property described herein (N Y Party Rental Property) sustains any damage or destruction or is lost or stolen while under lease to Lessee, Lessee agrees to pay New York Party Rentals (Lessor) the costs for repair or replacement thereof.

HORRIFIC SERVICE! You call and ask for information and they give you an attitude and act as if you're bothering them. Needed to rent one single small table for my graduation and with delivery and everything their quote was $500. Extremely overpriced - they definitely do NOT act like they want business.
Not a single mention about how they safely sanitize all their products either, which is very important during these challenging times with COVID-19.

Very rude and unprofessional, called to inquiry about a last minute rental and they hung up the phone as i was writing down information for client. the professionalism of your response speaks volumes, in stead of addressing customer concerns, you make false accusations, I'am not affiliated with any of the named below.

I called this place to rent some chairs and the guy was completely out of line. Yelling about how the governor has them closed and he can't do business because he'll get a fine and jail time. Then went on to tell me that I need to call Trenton to tell the governor to let them open. Then says you people think trump is bad but it's y'all governor whose worse. Then yells Trump 2020 in my ear. To say the least I was very offended by this, there was no need to say all of that to me. I definitely felt racially profiled. I'm assuming they're doing business because the website
