Services
At Advanced Spine & Pain Management, we use a standardized drawing of the front and back of the body to enable you to mark where pain is felt. You may also indicate where the pain spreads and what type of pain you are experiencing. You may be asked to complete the form each time you visit the pain doctor.

This place has been nothing but a headache. They rescheduled my appointment twice. And now, I have just called their office to confirm my latest appointment and they will not confirm times over the phone. Who does that?! So I can either show up at opening and wait in the lobby an undetermined amount of time until my actual appointment or go with what I "think" they said my appointment time was and risk missing the appointment. I can confirm anything they want about my identity and they will confirm the day that my appointment falls on but not the time. Makes no sense what so ever. I
