Zach made a unilateral decision to change the agreed upon design of the project. The patio slopes towards the house and when it rains, water pools at our foundation. He refuses to take any responsibility for this issue (redo the concrete pour or refund our money). I’m not sure what happened to my first review but it’s no longer available here so I’m posting another one.

Backyard Luxuries completed my pool a year ago. I waited a year to write a review to completely evaluate them on the entire pool building experience from the bid, to how it held up through the year. I can honestly say I am proud of and completely satisfied with my Backyard Luxuries Pool and have been complimented by everyone who sees it. I have had 2 pools built by Backyard Luxuries. They are a family owned business that treats their customers just like family. We also have numerous friends that chose to use backyard Luxuries. All who are extremely happy and now have beautiful pools!! Zach and his project Manager Cicso have always handle any concerns and addressed them immediately. From design to swim we couldn't be more happy!!! Thank you Backyard luxuries for my beautiful pool and helping me build memories with my family!!
