This historic Grove Avenue home in Richmond, Virginia was in need of an upgrade. The windows, upon inspection, were a leading cause in this client's high home energy bill. Our challenge was to find a product that not only fit the style of the home, but was energy efficient and cost effective. This was a window installation project in the Brandermill subdivision.
Energy efficient windows can substantially reduce the costs associated with your heating and cooling bills. High-performance windows not only provide reduced annual heating and cooling bills, they also reduce the peak heating and cooling loads. Cold glass can create uncomfortable drafts as air next to the window is cooled and drops to the floor.
Siding simply makes a home look great. Clean lines, crisp colors that won't fade or chip, and matching trim and accessories can completely transform the look of your home. Most siding materials (especially vinyl siding) require little or no maintenance to keep them looking great. Distinct Renovations did an amazing job transforming my house into something totally different. In the beginning of the project I wasn’t sure what we all wanted to do with the siding and windows, however Lane was very patient in the process and gave me all the different scenarios and costs associated with them. Once we went with him on the contract, he was very prompt on having his guys confirm window measurements as well as update me on material delivery timelines and when the project would start. Within a day of material delivery, his guys got started on the siding on my house. One very good

Would definitely recommend Distinct Renovations to anyone! Lane came out for a quote on my roof on a Monday, materials were here by Tuesday, and the roof was started and finished by the end of the day Wednesday! I told my friends they left my yard cleaner than before they started! Since then Lane and his crew have reached out to me to ensure my satisfaction and make sure I have all of the warranty info on the roof. Extremely reasonably priced and extremely efficient! I’m thrilled with the work they did!
