Environmental Studies

Environmental Studies Corp. was founded in 1987 as a division of Environmental Studies Corporation, is an environmental consulting firm that specializes in the preparation and management of environmental assessments, permit applications, and related studies, all of which are required by the New York City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR), New York State (SEQR), and all other state and local municipalities.

Environmental Studies Corp. also specializes in the preparation of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, in accordance with ASTM's Standard Practice for Banks and lending institutions.
