Express Kitchen Of Freeport

We went to Express Kitchen for our bar. They have a wonderful selection of slabs, and reasonable prices. The installation guys were phenomenal. The guy who measured our backsplash twice was not so great. He was 3/4" too short. We made it work but that should have never been the issue when we were specific about the measurements. We would use them again - but deal directly with Tina (so there's no confusion).

I have never been so upset and disappointed with a company. I originally went with Express Kitchen because my contractor recommended them and their pricing was reasonable. But never did I expect my experience to go so bad. They were very helpful in the store and they were quick to measure and order the granite. However the issue came with the install. When they came to measure my countertop, they saw that I had an old counter on there but still did not tell me that removing the countertop didn't come with the install.
