Family law issues are difficult enough to deal with, but you don't have to face them alone. Managing a difficult family matter without legal counsel can be exhausting, as well as negatively impacting the results of your case. Experienced legal representation can ease the burden and make the issue easier to resolve without a great amount of stress.
This is why the Hutchinson Law Center focuses solely on family law. We will work to protect your rights, and help you to make the best decisions for you and your family so you can move on and live your life. We opened our doors in July of 2019 to offer legal counsel and guidance to people needing help with family law issues.

When it comes to protecting yourself and your family in a difficult family matter, you need an experienced attorney to advocate for you. At the Hutchinson Law Center, Hope Hutchinson devotes her law practice to family law. Cases involving families, such as divorce and child custody, can be difficult as well as emotional.
Many couples face multiple difficulties throughout their marriage. Some can be overwhelming. While counseling and mediation are options for many couples to pursue before separating, there are times when a divorce becomes a necessary choice. Stress and anxiety are inherent in most divorces, whether or not children are involved.
Finalizing a divorce does not mean that everything is finished; there are often residual matters that require attention. Child custody, visitation, distribution of retirement and investment accounts, bill payments, transferring ownership of property and enforcing the payment of child and spousal support are often part of your post-divorce life.
One important consideration in the divorce process is how each spouse will support themselves after the household is divided and each spouse is on their own. The primary reason for awarding spousal support (called "alimony" in other states) is to provide financial support and maintenance to the non-wage earning or lower-income earning spouse to prevent financial abandonment and/or a negative economic impact on the payee spouse.
Your children are the most important people in your life. Navigating the child custody, parenting time, and visitation process can be one of the most stressful times in your life. The most difficult part of ending a relationship and/or divorce is to make decisions regarding your children. Where will they live?

I have been working with Hope for a long while and I must say “she is the best”. I can be furious and stressed to the max and one email or call from her and I am fine. She is very professional, to the point, responsive and gets the job done. She has low tolerance for lack of credibility and character. She is very knowledgeable and very fair. I also must say she has an outstanding paralegal. Brooke is so empathetic, passionate but at the same time, is very professional and knowledgeable. This team is the best!
