We love design and have 30 years of experience translating those ideas into permit approved projects. We design guest houses and stand alone accessory living units. We convert garages and basements into gorgeous living space and help our clients transform parts of their homes into beautiful living spaces for their guests.

We love working with clients on Airbnb projects. We have expertise in analyzing existing buildings and empty sites and work with a team of contractors, structural engineers and Title 24 consultants to execute our designs. We are based in Berkeley and work with clients all over the Bay Area.
