Had my brows done here a few years ago. I moved to a new state and needed my brows refreshed because they faded to a grey blotchy mess. The new artist stated how much scar tissue there was and how the previous artist “did a number” on my brows. Due to the scar tissue hair didn’t even grow where I once had it.

Went to get a touch up for my eyebrows that were initially done at this office. Results are very, very bad. One eyebrow thinner than the other and one eyebrow longer on the end than the other. Horrible, horrible job. And I paid someone to drive me there as well. I won't be going back for a correction. Why should I trust that it will be better and not worse? I can't believe this.

My experience with Diane has been absolutely delightful! She is extremely professional and a perfectionist. There is no need to be concerned about cleanliness as she holds herself to a high standard. I just made my third appointment! I love my time there and feel like she’s already a dear friend!! Nevermind how GREAT my eyebrows look!!!
