Working with Harris Alarms has been a nightmare. FYI...they only have 1 person supporting customers, so that means you will have to wait to till they are available. Also, the owner of the company will be there to sell you EVERYTHING he has, but he never follows-up. The technology is decent....but you can get WAY better customer support from one of the bigger brands.
I even heard they were installing something for a friend and they were using "contractors" and they had to cut the job short b/c they didn't want to pay the contractors overtime. They obviously were more concerned

Harris Alarms just upgraded our alarm system. Service is top notch and technology is a class above the rest. We now have the ability to disarm and arm the system, turn on and off lights, lock and unlock doors, open and close the garage door and view and record surveillance video from our phones. I will sleep much better at night knowing that we are protected!
