We rented over $1600 of party supplies (tent, tables, chairs, etc) from here. After waiting 2 hours to be loaded picking the stuff up, one of their guys decided to put the large metal tent stakes in the rear end of our truck, instead of the trailer we brought. In doing so, he put 2 large scratches in the quarter panel of our pick up. Both scratches actually chipped the paint off. Then during our party, after spending an hour getting the chocolate JUST the right texture, the chocolate fountain we rented ($289) quit working. They sent no instructions as to what the codes on the fountain meant so
