I do not even know if insufficient council can describe what happened, more like gross negligence, the damages this attorney (if you can even call him that) has caused my family are forever lifechanging. This man has ruined the lives of people as acting as a public defender, David Burns has failed to uphold his oath and for that we will be contacting the state bar association, hopefully David is disbarred before he can fail anyone else! DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!!!!
