OVERPRICED. Not fair to non-Indian customers. RUDE. Poor tailoring job with tons of frayed edges. Would not trust this store/tailor.

I go to this store with my mom because she knows the owner, Saloni. Saloni is usually very nice to our family and provides great deals. I've purchased some very beautiful unique dresses for weddings here and so have my sisters.

I really like their tailor as well. I feel like he has saved some dresses I ordered online that didn't fit and also fixed some dresses that were not properly tailored by a previous tailor.

I've brought my future mother in law here and she has loved her dresses.

I went to Saloni boutique last month to have a few of my dresses altered , not only did she got it done in a short amount of time but also had them fit like a glove. I had given my clothes to some other lady before her and wasted time and money but grateful someone recommended Saloni to me and I am glad I found her. She's the sweetest and the kindest person ever and you can tell that she takes pride in her work. Definitely not cheap but her work is every penny worth. I will recommend her to all and will for sure be a loyal customer for future needs. Thanks Saloni.

I cannot count the numerous times they made me feel beautiful and comfortable in all the outfits I bought from here.

My shoulders and arms are always broader than the normal fit..... or I could say my waist is smaller than normal fit to my shoulders and arms.

What ever the outfit that I really am drawn to they customize right there. I had alterations done in I-3 hours and one time with in 4 minutes.


I'm always excited to come here. If I'm really looking for an outfit for an event, I always find what I'm looking for.

I absolutely recommend Saloni Boutique! My cousins wedding was this past weekend and we purchased all 9 groomsmen outfits as well as 16 outfits for the family all tailored by the onsite tailor they have. Hospitality and attention given was impeccable, we where treated as family! Everything was taken care of without hesitation or complaints, Prices were very reasonable, I myself personally purchased a sari from Saloni and she was also able to make it into a ready made easy to put on sari. She was also set my bangles per outfit and purchased earrings from there to match as well! They have also altered

I have been coming to this place for a few years now and every time I come something is done wrong. Today was the last straw for me. She did not care to make sure my outfit was altered perfectly. Made me rush through it all!! However, whilst I was trying on my clothes today the employee opened the door!! She did apologize for accidentally opening my door but the owner did not seem to care at all. Had a very good experience with Saloni Boutique. Had suits stitched and fitting was perfect. Bought dresses and artificial jewelry that was also good. Worth the price I paid. Must recommend this store for Indian authentic costumes

Visited this boutique twice while in Plano from out of town. Both times had a great experience with Saloni spending hours helping me find outfits I liked without being pushy. She even stayed late to ensure we went over the entire selection and delivered the alterations in a very short timeframe. The on-site tailor and Saloni's knowledge of tailoring was a plus. Very pleased with their selection, customer service and overall experience. Will definitely be shopping here on future trips too!

This place is a rip off. They charge too much money for poor poor service and even worse attitude. They'll ruin your dress. Don't go here.

For altering my blouse a little and getting the hem of my skirt shortened two inches, she charged me $45. I thought that was a lot but I was desperate for quick alteration. She took my measurement quickly without care, took my dress, told me to go pay and kinda dismissed me.

When I came back to try it on, the alterations did not look good at all. When I asked her to fix what was messed up, she said, "oh I wish I knew this earlier. It was your

BEWARE # WORST # GOLD DIGGERS. Here are my sincere analysis based on my experience with Saloni Boutique.( I wish yelp had an option of zero stars).
1) Very very rude and insulting. Poor etiquettes in treating customers.
2) Poor Customer Service.
3) Poor skill in tailoring/completion of task.
4) Does not listen to customers.
5) Charges based on favoritism. If owner does not favor you your charges will be very high. Overcharges.
6) Discrimination of race, gender, color, origin and religion.
7) Lady owner is very bossy, unfriendly, constantly playing with her cell phone even when a customer walks

BEWARE! I wish I would have read these reviews first. Yes she was rude but I put up with it because I thought "the master" which she called the tailor would do a good job. Boy was I wrong! I left a jacket to be lined and ended up with a square poorly made top instead. She insisted this was the way to do it even though she knew the fabric was for lining and not a top. I did a better job on my 7th grade home ec. project. I went to another tailor who told me that others came crying to her after being at this shop. This second tailor apologized she ruined my costume for my daughters wedding

I agree with the couple of reviews that stated they would rate 0 stars if possible. I came here in search of a Desi outfit for a baby shower. I serve the Paki/Indian community and am very familiar with how to properly and respectfully interact with all members of the community regardless of age. The 2 men running the store were rude. Kept their arms crossed the entire shopping duration. Lacked personality. Kept a watchful eye over me as if I were robbing them blind. Little do they know I serve thousands of Desi brides and give away multiple referrals. This place will not be a referral I choose

I wish I could give zero stars.. Worst customer service.. Doesn't know how to talk to customers.. Very rude and uncouth.. Horrible horrible!!! NVER NEVR go there..

Alternate my first saree blouse for an Indian wedding and was greeted by Naila. She was friendly and extremely quick. My alteration was done in less than an hour. Maybe it was like 20 minutes tops. The price was very reasonable. She did such a good job that the blouse fit perfectly ...Definitely ask for her. Btw this place is inside a grocery store. I would definitely recommend Naila. :)

Seriously you guys this place is the best for Indian outfits for women, men & children. The prices are really reasonable and the customer service is just great! They have an onsite tailor for alterations and to stitch new suits, designer blouses etc.

The matching accessories that I got from them just goes perfect with the outfit i purchased from them. They also have great sales throughout the year and always have "special deals" going on for Diwali, Eid etc! If you want good quality clothes/accessories this is the place to go for all your Indian/desi attires. I would recommend Saloni

My wife had a very bad experience with this business yesterday. On just commenting that the stitching charge was excessive and not commensurate with the job, ($15 for a single stitch alteration) the man at the counter (Mr. Saloni?) yelled at her to take her stuff and not come back to the store. On speaking to folks in the Patel store I learnt that there have been numerous fights in the past too, with customers being insulted and treated rudely and cops had to be called in too on some occasions. This business is not connected with Patel Grocery and is spoiling their name Be prepared to be ripped

Saloni boutique is located inside Patel brothers grocery store. My experience here was absolutely traumatizing and unacceptable.

I arrived to the boutique and was the only customer there at the time. I wanted to get the sleeves of two dresses altered. The lady was nice and took my arm measurements and stated that for two dresses it would take one week and the cost would be 35 dollars. Compared to the current market for alterations this is an outrageous price to just attach sleeves to a dress and the time frame for the completion of the task is ridiculous. This is a 30 minute task.
