I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to David and the folks at Carolina Appliance Repair. My condo has a stacked washer dryer and the lint ventilation was disconnected. I made a mess of the situation and had to call in the pros. David was nice, patient, and made me feel ok despite my incompetence making the situation worse by trying to handle it myself. He has over 20 years experience with these machines and knows his stuff. He fixed my mess and the ventilation. i had peace of mind in less than an hour after he arrived. Our dryer repair was done quickly and service tech, Dave, was very professional and was able to get our repairs done in a short time frame, as we were on a limited time being at our beach townhouse.
Dryer works perfectly. Carolina Appliance was able to schedule our repair the next day after our call, unlike another company that couldn't get to us for a week....and we were only down for a few days.
We highly recommend this company... they are very friendly, very professional and knowledgeable about the appliances, and does quality work and quickly.

Perfect! Very impressed with this local company in NMB. I contacted them through website, then had immediate response to schedule repair the following day. Dave was early and excellent. Very knowledgable and patient, but quick at getting things done. Diagnosis was clearly explained, repair was completed, and the fridge is working perfectly again. We will definitely rely upon this company for any future repairs or concerns. It was nice to have such professional service! Thank you!
