The project consists of 1-6 Story Office Building and 1-18 Story, 213 Apartment, Class A Rental building. Drywall Contractors has been selected to remodel this hotel build in the early 1900's. The scope of work has included historical restoration to the existing structure, framing, insulating, plaster finish, poured gypsum flooring, & more.
