I have used many travel agents over the years both for business and pleasure trips and I have found that the friendly and knowledgeable agents at Continental Capers in Gainesville are by far the best there are.
I have used them for the last ten years and have never had a problem and have received incredible service, many times they go out of their way to find me just the right trip, hotel or cruise.
I go on about three cruises a year and they always put me in the best location possible, save me money when Florida resident or senior rates appear on cruises I am already booked on they jump on it

This may be a good company to do business with, but they have a telemarketer/agent that might as well be a scam artist. Her name is Carol Campbell. She will try and sell you a very cheap travel package for dates months down the road and then call you 10 times to sell upgrades or tell you the price has gone up for one reason or another "that she couldn't foresee" and you have to pay more or lose your deposit. Very shady, very unprofessional.
