I ordered windows apparently in early January (I thought it was November but apparently in Jan 2021) and put down 1/3 of the cost. I was told that it took two to three months for the windows to be ready, which would be March or April of 2021. I didn't hear from them so I called in April to find out when my windows would be put in; I was told sometime in May because they were prioritizing putting in commercial windows first. Well, it's June. I just called and now I'm told they won't be installed until sometime in July. I ordered the windows in the winter because I needed them installed before summer

Straits Area Glass replaced all fourteen of the windows in our home in Cheboygan, Michigan. Their price was fair and the product arrived in the time quoted. Steve and his partner, who installed the windows, worked very hard throughout the day and were clearly proficient in their skill. The Polar Seal windows are a dream and a HUGE upgrade to our existing windows. We would recommend them to anyone replacing windows in their home.
