Totally useless organization. Zero help and assistance from the staff employed at Providence Court East St in Pittsfield. Lots of excuses why they can't help, why not help in regards to ongoing health and noise issues in the Annex Building. They hire low skill people that do nothing but gab on their phones and smoke in the wrong areas while ignoring requests. Why are they here? Overpaid, lazy, ignores health and safety rules.

The field staff at Molari are always friendly & happy to help our elderly population in Berkshire county.
Molari offers cleaning, meal prep, food shopping, laundry, companionship and personal care needs. They do go above and beyond for their clients.

I worked for Molari as a homemaker and loved my job. They worked with me to ensure the clients l had were a good fit so both were happy. I loved all the staff and people l had the pleasure of meeting. It is definitely a company that values its people and the people they serve. You always had a set schedule and certain people you saw as a homemaker which made it more familiar and personal. Great place, great people!

I really enjoy working for Molari and for me, it's been a positive experience! The staff is very professional and they've got my back if any negative situations arise,. Molari has been very fair and they always try to find me good clients along with the most hours possible, They have been very flexible with my schedule so I can balance out work and personal life. It is very rewarding to help out the senior citizens of Berkshire County and it's been a nice career change for me.
