While seeking plans for a home is what drives most clients to us, they learn to rely on a lot of our other strengths, or services. We offer those services even if you're not in need of full architectural services: Schematic Design, Master Planning, Building Science Integration, Interior Design, Construction Administration, and Counseling.
Watters Architecture provides in depth detailed full residential design, that meets all your expectations. We work with you through all aspects of the home design, from foundation to roof. Watters Architecture has a long history of success designing buildings in the flood plain and in high-wind zones, specializing in any size of projects you may need.

I learned of Watters Architecture through a friend and discussed a proposed project. During these discussions it became clear that Leah and her team are very creative. Countless ideas and concepts began to flow and be exchanged. In addition, one of their strengths was that they asked solid questions and listened, that’s right, they listened! This is our second time building a home and we knew this go around we wanted to be a lot more intentional as we went through this process.
