The Texas Legislature enacted a sales tax holiday for certain qualifying energy-efficient products purchased during Memorial Day Weekend. The sales tax holiday benefits taxpayers who purchase qualifying energy-efficient products during the tax holiday period. The Comptroller's website provides a list of qualifying products.
