Just love Avanti Tile and Stone. Hector and Janneth are wonderful personable and professional. We have used them several times and today they installed Luxury Vinyl plank flooring in our laundry room. They did a beautiful job and always go the extra mile. Hector & His team recently finished our Shower enclosure remodel. They did an excellent job helping select a matching tile & grout. The install team was very polite, great craftsmanship & they always left the job cleaner than they started. Hector inspected the work & even followed up a week later with a thank you card. Excellent customer service.

Waited a week for an appointment. Took the afternoon off to meet Hector. He no showed and never returned my call even after calling his office. I posted a negative feedback in the FB page and he responded and said I didn't want them to call me back. Very unprofessional. He still hasn't called me days later.
