In 2014 FMI launched its "Camouflage to Corporate" conference series and Military Connect Application.

(FMI) Elite Leader Training, in partnership with Mentally Tougher, LLC, has created a custom, one of a kind training called the Adaptive Leader Training Program - Resilience, Readiness, & Restoration. Our mission is to provide the highest quality leadership and resilience training that will impact employers, employees and their families.
We started Forward March Inc. - Talent Services to help provide Top Tier Veteran and Military Spouse Talent to employers nationwide. We build customized talent pipelines for industry from all branches and components of the military while meeting the employment needs of transitioners, Veterans, and spouses.
1st - We prepare Veterans and military spouses for networking and engagement with employers. We work on the resume, networking and interview techniques. 2nd - We prepare and engage employers on how to interview and network with Veterans and Military Spouses. 3rd - We bring Veterans, Military spouses, and employers together in an employment networking event.
The Virtual Camouflage to Corporate Training & Hiring Events are designed to educate and prepare employers, Veterans and spouses for employment opportunities and hiring by top employers. We prepare Veterans and spouses for employment opportunities with workshops designed to get them hired; We provide employers essential training for virtual hiring of Veterans and spouses.
