The sport of gymnastics is one of the most fundamental and exciting of all physical activities. Basic gymnastics skills aid in the development of flexibility, balance, strength and agility; which contribute to a lifetime of health and physical fitness. Through gymnastics instruction children also develop body awareness, coordination, confidence, and exercise their creativity while having fun.
