House Of Lolo
Inspired by a vision to share beautifully edited collections in a small boutique setting, fostering a sense of community with other like-minded people who seek a personally catered and unique shopping experience. House of Lolo first opened its doors in 2011, in the Pearl District of Portland, OR. With such profound love and support for the collections - a second flagship location was opened in 2019, at The Shops on El Paseo in Palm Desert, CA.

With this, House of Lolo added home dcor and furnishings to its collection in its merge with the design business Laurie established in 2015, aptly named, Lolo Interiors.

A fabulous boutique like one you would find in NYC or San Francisco, not typically in Portland. The clothing and accessories are carefully curated, bringing together a refined collection of high quality items in shades of black, cream, gray, camel and white. The prices are in the high side, especially for Portland, but a cashmere cardigan for $400 is the going rate.

The boutique is bright, clean and has an industrial vibe. It's easy to browse through the racks of clothing which line the parameter on racks in a color coordinated fashion. The cashmere dresses are scrumptious! Beautiful in

These days while working from home, I don't get a chance to wear jeans and dress up for work nor do I get to shop outside my home / computer. On October 5th, I made a special trip to House of Lolo with my mom visiting from CA and purchased a pair of mother jeans. By the time I had a chance to try them on at home and possibly wear them out, I discovered they didn't fit and would have to exchange them not return. When I arrived at the store, the ladies up front were friendly and pleasant. But once the manager got involved, things went down hill. I had my receipt and the tag in hand.

Cute clothes, but nothing over a size 30. Whenever I stopped by, they would follow me around, acting like they're straightening the clothes on the hangers. If I would grab one article of clothing, they would surround me, asking if I wanted a room, or if I wanted them to hold the clothes up front for me. Didn't see them following anyone else around. I got better things to do than steal, honey. I know Portland isn't diverse, but sheesh. If you're going to follow a black woman around, try not to make it so obvious.

We shopped at the new store in Palm Desert on El Paseo. Kaylie was very helpful, and I would gladly recommend them. I wish them success in this new endeavor.

Shopping at the House of Lolo was such a great experience! It is a beautiful shop with beautiful clothes and accessories. Their customer service is also the best I have seen in a long time. I was in Portland on vacation and stopped in the store. I bought a ring and when I got home, I realized that it had lost a rhinestone. When I emailed them, they responded quickly and sent me a new ring. I was exchanging emails with Christie, and she could not have been nicer! Make sure to stop by there if you are ever in Portland!

The girl who works there totally needs a crash course training in customer service maybe even diversity? I found some cute stuff but I'm not spending money to contribute to that employee's salary. I understand the service here in pdx is laid back but that does mean non existent.

No one really greeted me or said hello when I came in. I found their sale section and there was a white midi dress with floral like appliques so I was excited to see it was on sale. The sale price was $325...for a designer I have never heard of. It was pretty much the same dress that I've seen at club Monaco but club monaco's original price was a lot cheaper than this dress. I have my fair share of expensive buys and I don't mind spending the money if the service was there but there was no service. I didn't have a "boutique" experience. At the end of the day this was

Quite pricey but some really great finds! i left with a leather wrap belt ($80 or so), a light sweater (~$200) and a sheer black t-shirt ($84). definitely on my higher end of spending but it's a great little boutique absolutely worth a visit.

i'll for sure come back when i'm in town! :)

Short and sweet. Bought a leather coat, zipper ripped, took it in to get replaced or fixed. Didn't hear back for 3 weeks, reached out wasn't fixed and manufacturer wouldn't replace. So they said they would fix and get back to me. Another week goes by, no word. So I email them to check up on it and finally after four weeks they have it fixed. Several months later the coat zippers rip again but I took it to a dry cleaner because I didn't want to mess with it. Then a year later the whole pocket rips out. Try to email with them again about getting it replaced. No dice. So here

Really cute jewelry and I wanted it all. The dresses and summery items were also great, but the case with the Stella and Dot like jewelry totally caught my eye. Super cute gold hoops and delicate jewelry!

You know you are in the Pearl District when you step into a spacious shop with little and very expensive inventory.

There really is not that much to choose from as the theme here is obviously minimalist.

The few things they do have are lovely and for me, priced completely unreasonably. Like I am going to spend almost $1000 on a wool trench coat with some leather trim? Sure, it's a sharp looking coat. But good God, I know we are in the Pearl but is anyone going to spend that much? Maybe I am just not hip with the times and people really do spend that kind of money on a random coat, if

We spent a full week shopping Portland and Seattle stores. Many we had been to before, but we had not been to House of Lolo.

Sadly, we won't return.

We stopped in and were the only customers. The lady behind the desk didn't even acknowledge us. After 15 minutes in the store, the lady (who I found out is the owner) walked up to us with a scowl on her face. I thought she might be having a bad day and tried to engage her in conversation as my daughter tried on jeans (the owner never even assisted my daughter into the dressing room). The owner acted completely uninterested.

I have seen this store so many times on my trips to Powells or Anthropologie so I finally gave in and went inside. This is one of the few places in Portland with good upscale brands and fun colors to boot. I got a fabulous bright pink shirt for work that will also be great for play. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful showing me various items when I let them know what i was looking for, they know their merchandise which is nice and a bit refreshing as some places the staff look like they are finding new things along with you. They have so many fun dresses and styles, I will for sure

I just discovered this place today! I work at a mall so I don't notice many window displays for clothes if I'm not actively seeking to buy something. But their window display made me stop immediately. The dresses were picked out so thoughtfully. What I also liked was that each was flattering to most body types. After being coaxed into coming in, I was quickly greeted by a friendly salesgirl. I quickly fell in love with this boutique. They have all the brands I like: Sanctuary, Alternative Apparel, BB Dakota, and Hy and Dot. They also have Ivanka Trump bags which are(at least for me
