Full Disclosure: I have not purchased a fireplace from this establishment, but my life changed the day a Kozy Heat truck showed up in my neighbor's driveway. I know your job is to sell as many fireplaces as you can, but that assumes buyers will exercise some degree of common sense. That's is, unfortunately, not the case. After your truck left, we saw a metal stack belching clouds of smoke. Often the smoke blows down into neighboring yards in a thick grey haze. Since that time, my wife has been unable to take the dogs to the back yard without coming in coughing

I was told I would have to clean the glass once a year. I had to clean it 6 times since October because it turned black. Called CenterPoint who installed it and got nothing. No service no call back, nothing.

The Kozy Heat gas fireplace is and was the biggest peace of junk I have ever wasted my money on. Won't stay lit and was told by the company I would have to buy a better remote as that model are so weak and it is as I had to have it 3 feet from the fireplace. I had it striped out and put in a Lennox and the Kozy went in the trash and the best place for it too. Real happy with the new one, don't make a $2500.00 mistake just ask a friend or neighbor.
