This practice is based on the teachings of Baron Baptiste and is a set sequence called "Journey into Power." This class is suitable for ALL LEVELS of practitioners. The sequence includes 11 energetic sections, is opened and closed with OMs, and is often described as a mixture of Iyengar, bikram, and ashtanga poses.

This studio alone makes the journey to beautiful Whitefish, Montana worth it! While visiting this past summer I went to several classes and each one was super special. I'm not one to cry in class, but singing mantras with the studio owner and her angelic voice and talent on the harmonium just about did me in! The next day I'm taking a class with a teacher named Sean thinking to myself "Who is this guy doing a handstand with his ankle behind his head???"
Turns out they are just two of the amazing teachers that form the backbone to this little studio on the second floor of a cute little main street

I have always danced around with the idea of trying out yoga. I had some walls up which prevented me from making the dive. Thankfully a very meaningful person in my life convinced me to stretch my wings, literally and figuratively, and give it a try.
This studio is not only beautiful, professional and accessable, but is run by an incredible staff of Yogi's. They're all welcoming and committed to personal and communal growth. It truly is a sanctuary in a digital commercial world.

It’s in the title, LOVE. Love this studio, it’s a home to all who enter. They have done an excellent job finding the balance of creating a safe space of listening to your body while still challenging you to find your limit.
I particularly love Sharon’s power sculpt and Sarah’s power flow, but I’ve been to other classes with Holly, Anne, Bethany, they are all amazing.
My husband and I also tried Sharon’s breath work class and WOAH, just woah. The world would be a better place if everyone did this class.

Great spot - lots of natural light, very welcoming, and cozy. I really liked Holly’s style of teaching in walking me through the movements in relation to breathing, body placement, and making movements scalable to everyone’s ability. They were also cleaning the studio when I arrived and as everyone was leaving. Loved it! I can’t wait to try more classes!

Love Yoga is the best!!!! I was visiting from Los Angeles so I am super picky and snobby about yoga studios but I was blown away by this place. The studio is stunning and new, with big windows and natural light. The class was challenging and the music was great. Oh and get this, I did a "Happy Hour" class and it was $5!!!!! Never have I seen a hot class this inexpensive. Would definitely take classes here again if I'm ever back in Whitefish!
