Studio Suite units provide 3 distinct living spaces - including separate living and sleeping area, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and bath with tiled shower. Our lakefront vacation rentals are air-conditioned/heated, tastefully decorated, clean and well-maintained. These are housekeeping units, daily maid service and supply replenishment is not provided.
No Smoking Inside Vacation Rentals - Please smoke in our screened pavilion or comfortable outdoor seating areas, non-smoking accomodations for ALL ROOMS. Occupancy maximums are 4 persons per studio suite, 6 per 1-bedroom and 8 for our 2-bedroom unit. You may not exceed the maximum resort occupancy of your rental unit at any time during your stay.

The Lake Placid Caladium Festival is a popular event featuring Caladiums (plants & bulbs for sale), unique craft and gift items, entertainment, food and fun for all ages. Henscratch Farms hosts their popular booth featuring a wide variety of wine, jams, honey, giftware and more.
The Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscapers Association offers ornamental foliage plants, including Florida friendly varieties, to help you Xeriscape your landscaping with plants having low watering requirements.This is definitely one of the highlights of Caladium Festival weekend. The show features antique, stock, muscle and foreign cars, street rods and street machines, trucks, American & foreign motorcycles and more!

OK here's this folks, I called 1 month ago for a place for the weekend of 3-9-18to 3-11-18. I have a confirmation number. Tonight I called to make sure everything was set and they told that they cancelled my reservation 24 hours after for non-payment B.S. why give a confirmation number? Now I am screwed because they have no more vacancies. I have been planni g this fir 1 1/2 months. So take some friendly advice check your bank account to make sure the charge is there. Something I should have done, because they apparently forgot to charge my account yet still gave me a conformation number.
