Ned and Darlene are salt of the earth! They came to my home every day to check on the damage and move the fans and dehumidifier. I got to know them well. They are just a wonderful couple and are knowledgeable about all the intricacies of water damage that can occur. They are both fair and honest.
Their work is professional and you can tell that they really care about your home and belongings because they do everything with care. Because of them, I had very minimal damage to my home AND belongings.
In addition, they not only cleaned up after themselves, but put everything back the way it was

I am ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED with Sunsation Restoration and Cleaning. We broke a waterline in the wall of a second story condo, resulting in a water in our unit and in the unit below. We called Sunsation and they were here within 20 minutes and immediately began to address the issue, thus PREVENTING additional damage in both units. They have a tremendous amount of equipment and they dried both units, arranged for a drywall repair, replaced only the carpet padding that needed, dried the carpet out in both condos, dried electrical panel and cabinets, removed baseboards to dry the walls from the inside

When you are down and out, you need a friend. After a sleepless night, with the rain pouring in through the leaky roof Hurricane Matthew had blessed us with three months earlier, Ned and Darlene showed up first thing in the morning, even though they already had their day planned. They ripped out all of the wet stuff and ran their dryers and dehumidifiers for five days. They came and checked on the situation each day and made changes as needed. We are now dry and the condo association is now getting the roof replaced. Making progress!! Thank you for all of your hard work! And for carrying all of

Ned and Darlene are amazing, I would never trust my carpets to anyone else. Their attention to detail is outstanding. One thing I especially love is that my carpets are never sticky when they leave. I didn't realize that most carpet cleaners use high alkaline cleaning solutions that work really well when cleaning, but if the cleaning agents are not properly removed then the carpet will get dirty again very quickly as a result of the dirt sticking to the leftover soap.
