Knights Upholstery Incorporated (also known as Knights Autoworks Inc. from our automotive interior aftermarket division) is a full service, custom interior and manufacturing upholstery shop. Formerly located in Milwaukee, WI. Our headquarters is now (Since 2010) nestled along Lake Michigan, just north of Green Bay in Marinette, WI.
Knights Upholstery Inc. offers a tremendous amount of interior and upholstery services. The nature of our business is complex and it carries us far and wide. Normally we build high end custom interiors and components for extremely rare and valuable cars and yachts, as you see from our featured photos.
Since the beginning of time man has been sewing. It started with Adam & Eve in the garden sewing fig leaves together. We're not sure what kind of car they put them in, but if you need us to match a Garden of Eden leave pattern, just bring in the originals, we'll see what we can do! Leather skins then, leather skins now.
Last year we ran down to the marina to install the last couple of snaps on a camper enclosure we had just made with a new Bimini top. The owners of the 36-foot Grand Banks were leaving that day on a 2-year journey, spanning thousands of miles. Couldn't go without the new enclosure we made for the flybridge.
Becoming an original equipment manufacturer grew out of our passion for incredible customer service. Nearly twenty years ago Knights Upholstery's facility and teams where authorized by Ford, Nissan, and Mitsubishi as restyling up-fit centers for factory leather interior packages. We installed leather seats for brand new cars at dealerships prior to retail delivery, hundreds of them.
