I used Ceconi & Cheifetz for legal mediation and the "partner", Kim Rennie was horrible. She does not listen, was crass, made assumptions, spoke over you, was loud, and disrespectful. Furthermore, she was one-sided and never really fair. I lost a lot because of her.
When it came down to billing, all she wanted to do is get paid for "her services". Forget the fact her services were unprofessional and performance was poor, she just wanted to get paid.
There was no respect about my opinion on her services and, furthermore, she threatened to go to courts if I did not pay

This lawyer although pleasant while interacting with me, was in cahoots with the adversary and tried to trick me into signing something without explaining my rights. His associate is very rude and needs training in client relationships.
Even though lawyers have a bad reputation in general, you do hope to find someone who went to law school to actually help people solve problems in exchange for their very handsome hourly rates.
This lawyer is sadly not one of them.
