I needed help quickly. I asked for a quote online from PC Nerds and received a reply from Paul within 10-15 minutes. Shortly after that I received the call I requested and Paul walked me through scenarios I should try in case the issue could be corrected over the phone which unfortunately for me did not work. The hard drive was severely damaged. Paul gave me the quote and recommended certain parts over others. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and listened to my concerns. I felt sure I had found the proper person that I can trust to fix and update my computer and I wasn’t wrong

I am a technophobe and needed help with my lap top given that I am using it for work now. Paul executed a very wide variety of tasks...de clutter, installations, etc---and NEVER made me feel silly. Highly recommend him to anyone needing a patient teacher.

Paul is a great IT expert.my organization has a large complement of IT technicians, but employs Paul to manage its largest, most complicated, servers. He solves problems with computers, peripherals and even some phone problems. He does other chores, e.g., he installed a pull-out computer drawer on my office desk.

Once again PC Nerds slays the dragon! I am working from home now, and my company's software has the audio up some days and down others. It's catch-as-catch-can, but, unfortunately, my landlord needs a full net. So, Paul did a diagnostic and restored my applications, such as Microsoft Office and my files. My company computer guy couldn't figure out why I couldn't open them, and some were for work anyway. Aside from the new entry, Paul explained that the lack of access to my applications was due to nothing in my Microsoft account but something to do with the company software, and, more importantly

Paul’s service was nothing short of exceptional. We were having trouble with audio playing from our TV, and he was able to stop by the same day I reached out. He quickly assessed the situation and repurposed cords that we already had laying around the house.
During the service, it was clear how knowledgeable Paul is was about technology, IT, networks etc. He also visited by wearing mask and practiced social distancing. So happy we called for his help!

I visited Computer Nerds this morning shortly after they opened.
They fixed my laptop's problem, which was a key that had popped off. They also cleaned my keyboard, both at no charge. Both employees were very knowledgeable and polite. Looking at their business card after I arrived home I learned it is also a Veteran-owned business.
They will now be my "go-to" place for computer needs. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed. Well done, guys. Thank you!

Paul is wonderful. His response time and communication is great. I had issues with my hinges and screen on my laptop.
