2020 Auto Spa got me in and out at the last minute over Christmas weekend. They made a dark blue 2013 Camaro SS look like new, removing all scratches and swirls caused by car washes. If you’re looking for a place that does good paint correction and ceramic coating, 2020 Auto Spa is it!

From the personable interaction on the phone when I made my appointment to the professional handling of my vehicle I have zero complaints! My Jeep was an out of control mess and 2020 AutoSpa got it clean, fresh and looking WAY better than I hoped for.

I'm not sure what has happened since I last visited, but I did not receive the same quality as I received previously, a year ago. This time around, I got the exact same thing, full interior clean with seat cleaning (extraction specifically), but i still ran into the inside of my cup holders being full of sticky stuff (probably the coffee I asked them to help me clean up), and the door cup holders not being clean at all. There was just enough missed or forgotten about that I'm frankly disappointed. I paid too much to get a slightly dirty car back. A lot of the issues I was able to resolve scrubbing

Vince was very detailed in explaining the procedures prior to doing the work. He suggested the Level 3 package for my 2016 Audi S6 and I have to say that it is worth every penny. Everything was done to my expectations and on time. My car now has a gloss level like I’ve never seen before. Awesome job and two thumbs up for 2020 Auto Spa! Highly recommend!

I found the communication and the professionalism lacking. Customer Experience is everything and word of mouth is your best salesman.
You lost on both occasions to win a customer. Copperas Cove is a good town with good people. Neighborly you might say. If I drop off the customer. I find a way to pick the customer. I arrange a time when we can get the customer.
Your callous apathetic treatment to a customer has been noted. As a DAV that was a really bad look.
Take care of everyone as if you were that person. You delivered the ride to get the business help the customer out by picking them up,

These guys are awesome. Highly recommend in the Killeen/Copperas Cove area. These guys wen out if their way to help accommodate my paint correction based on the current condition of the car, my busy work schedule and during the crazy sleet we are having. They won't haggle you for money, will explain every process they will take and even recommend what services/approach based on your needs/wants. Understand that paint correction, PPF and ceramic coating work is already expensive from the get go and some shops can charge even more than what is offered here at their shop. They keep up with good communication

Very professional business that does great work. Answered any questions that I had about the process. I had their level 3 ceramic coat service done to my truck. The truck looked great. Looked better than the day I got it! The service also comes with an interior detail which looked pretty good as well. A few places that had streaks on the seats and the dash, but overall the truck looked fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get a quality coat or detail done to their vehicle.
