Eldorado Cleaners

My wife and I have been coming here for years. It is not close to us but we make the effort to come here for our dry cleaning anyway. We trust this location and they have always done a great job.

I usually stop by here every other week for some dry cleaning on my lunch break because they have changed hours since covid ( 7am to 5pm formerly 7pm).
Today, Dec, 31 NYE, I had the day off and had the chance to go by earlier in the day, approximately 10am.
Oh boy howdy!
WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!
I was not met by the usual dead eye, frowning angry young lady who mans the counter...
Nope.
To my surprise, I was serviced by a smiling( you can tell under the mask lol) charming, joyful and dare I say, very handsome fella whom I had never seen behind the counter in the many years I have frequented.

This cleaner has my vote as The Worst of Las Vegas.
They accidentally substituted 2 of my garments with another customer's and refused to take responsibility for their error.
If you really like going to a filthy cleaner, enjoy rude service, and tend to disregard garment mix-ups, then this dump is the place for you.
This place also has 2 women working the front counter who are not the sharpest knives in the drawer, but compensate for their shortcomings by having the nastiest attitudes.
El Dorado Cleaners may be cheap, but you really get what you pay for.

Literally the worst cleaners ever. misplaced a $300 shirt and offered me $2.50 for it. never again

Been going for years... I drive by 10 plus other cleaners just to come here.. Always happy with the service.

I love this cleaners, they do such good work cleaning my clothes, I wear white the whole summer , especially Levi jeans, they get them spotless. Great service by far, I’m moving in December I hope it will still be convenient or they won’t be to far away from the new home.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I went to pick up my clothes right after work and because one of THEIR workers made a mistake and could not count how many items I had, they refused to give me my things. I explained to them that I live close by and can come back and pay them the difference that they forgot to count, even though this was THEIR mistake and they were so rude and inconsiderate. I didn’t have my wallet with me so there wasn’t anything I can do. I let them know I needed the clothes for a meeting tomorrow and one of them let me know I was pretty much out of luck. No consideration

Absolutely ZERO stars! Terrible place with terrible customer service. Employees who couldn't care any less about their patrons. They rather blame their customers for their mistakes rather than just fixing the problem. Terrible employees. That is NOT how a business is run. DO NOT waste your time or money here.

Worst business... RUDE! I walked in waited for someone to see me... there were 4 of them in front but nothing... no hi, no please wait... just nothing! I said "Good morning!" trying to catch their attention the old man looked at me, no acknowlegement or anything and just walked away. I guess they don't want my business. I'm annoyed because I just moved in the area and I have a lot to dry clean. Oh well, my old dry clean place (SEVILLE on Sunse) is way way better than this RUDE place... I'm going back to them, been going there for 8years, thank god it's not far from my house. :)

I've used Eldorado Cleaner for years and they've always done well by me. My clothes are returned to me clean, pressed and on time. The price is easy to take too.

Terrible customer service. Today was the straw that broke the camels back when we received a jacket back that had hair all over it and their response was like oh here's a lint roller. I said can I get a refund, and I was like oh let me guess your owner isn't here so you can't do anything! Yep! This guy needs to empower at least one person to make decisions when he's away. I drive 20 minutes each way to come here and I'm never doing it again.

First time using them. The blanket had hairs and stains (less than the size of a dime) when I picked it up. They said the stains won't come off. I came home and just rubbed with water and little soap and it came right off. About the hairs they said they don't lint. The lady offered to clean again but I got the feeling that they are not going to do justice so I left. $45 wasted. They might do good with small items.

First time experience and definitely won't return.
I turned in my suits a week ago. I asked them to place attention to under arms for stains. Upon returning they didn't even like they dry cleaned the itema. I asked them to redo all the suits. They looked so bothered by the request.
Upon returning they had such an attitude no apology for the mishap.

I brought in a couple of my woven cardigans to be washed because i didnt want to wash them at home and ruin them on accident. i had never washed them before, and when i picked them up 2 of them had completely changed colors. i dropped off white cardigans and they came back beige. one of them had some kind of burn marks or something dirty on them. how do i pick up something dirty and ruined from a dry cleaners? i brought it back and showed them the picture of how my sweater used to be and the color it came back. they agreed to have it looked at and try again. i dropped it off on a friday and was

Went here for alterations. The seamstress was knowledgeable and skilled. Went back for additional clothing! Recommended!

One star is to many. We have been going there for 3 years this was the first encounter with the owner and we will not be going back. We brought a pair of Levi 501 jeanss to be dry clean (like we always do and they washed them and ruin them.) We did not ask them to wash the jeans and have never had an issue before. When speaking with the owner trying to get the issue resolved he raised his voice. He snatched a paper out of my hand and said "what you don't know how to read." As a customer (especially a frequent customer) I have never been spoken to like that before, anywhere! Needless to say my issue

PLEASE BE AWARE AND FORWARNED! I had been a faithful patron of this establishment for 5 years so much so that the employees knew me by face. Two years or maybe a tad longer management changed. I start noticing stains left on collars and pressing wasnt as good (double creases in pants, collars not ironed down, etc.) As a performer, I have expensive garments in which I entrusted with this cleaners. It's ok. Nothing to write home about. Rather rude employees but cheap enough. Speaking of cheap, they charge a buck if you don't pay cash. Laughable.

Solid dry cleaner and friendly staff. I’ve never had an issue here and always receive prompt service. There is a one dollar fee for using cards to pay which seems a bit excessive but I understand it. I usually just bring cash or don’t worry about the fee.
They also have a very nice tailor who was very helpful with a few small repairs and alterations.
