Julio and his team, which included Eder senior, built us a rock garden, with a pathway around to our back yard. which required leveling ground and putting in a two-foot retaining wall. They were quick to respond, provide an estimate, and they completed all the work within one week. They checked in with us as they were working and were open to our input. It looks great! We used Bautista several years ago to reconstruct our steep front stairway and to build a patio and walkway in our backyard. Their work has withstood the test of time, still looks amazing.

We hired Eder and his team for two jobs:
1. they demolished our old retaining wall and concrete patio, and replaced it with a rock wall and paver patio.
2. they demolished our front porch, front staircase, and driveway retaining wall, and replaced it with a stone walls and porch, with granite treads.
In both cases, Eder was prompt in coming for the initial consultation, he quickly provided a fair estimate, and once we agreed to go forward with the job, the crew arrived soon after, and they worked hard every day until the job was done. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was amazing.

This is a 2nd generation company, I only dealt with the 2nd generation folks. Maybe would have been better to deal with the 1st generation folks.
I really believed in these guys, Eder Jr & crew. I thought things would go smooth. I believe they would have, had Eder really been there. My point of contention is that Eder would drop off his crew and then head off to another gig or back to his office. So he wasn't there when I had questions or to manage the crew. The crew pretty much only spoke Spanish, so I couldn't really ask questions of them
My job must have been too small or not
