I love the modern touches that Burke Cleaners offers! They have a fully self-serve check in and pick up process, while still having employees on duty during normal business hours to assist with questions and get you set up. I brought in two flannels, one of which had some holes in it, and they were both handled very well. The damage to the one flannel was documented which made me feel comfortable that they pay attention to the items they clean.

I decided to enter into the world of adulthood by establishing an account at a local dry cleaners. I was lucky to have chosen a great business from the start. Burke Cleaners always does a great job with my dresses, blazers, work pants, and coats. And they're always sending out coupons for various items. I highly recommend!

I just started using these people and the first week the delivery girl didn't even come to the door where my laundry was, simply gave the bag to my neighbors that were outside working and then left. When I got home and saw my laundry still there, I waited and no one came. So I called. They said they would come. Awhile later still no one h
ad come. My neighbors happened to see me and gave me the bag and informed me they hadn't even come into yard yo the front door

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Burke Cleaners (Lemay & Prospect location). The manager at this location, Sarah, is always friendly and professional, going above and beyond for her customers. I recently needed a very expensive jacket (Chanel) cleaned and unfortunately the tailor they work with sewed the buttons back on after cleaning incorrectly. Sarah personally brought the jacket back to the seamstress, made sure everything was done perfectly the second time around and even personally drove the jacket out to my house so I had it on time. She always kept me up to date on

I would rate this a 1 star, but I've found 1 and 5 star ratings don't hold much weight sometimes. I stopped by Burke's to drop off some dry cleaning for the first time. They showed me their rates. As I had seen that they moved from a previous store, they suggested 30% off of service for visiting their new location at their previous location. When I got there, they proceeded to mention that this was for returning customers only, but they could give me 20%. Why would you advertise 30%, and then only do 20%? Also, why would you turn away new clientele when they request a service

Robin and the team at the Burke Cleaners by Albertsons in Loveland are terrific. I appreciate Robin's friendliness and customer service. It's so nice to come in on a busy Saturday and be greeted by name. She pays close attention to detail and my dry cleaning is always done perfectly, making me a happy customer.

I have been using Burke Cleaners for ~6 years now - so I have had dozens of experiences with them. Here's why I only use Burke:
1. They pay attention to detail - like matching the length and crispness of creases for both legs. If you have a lot of slacks dry-cleaned, you know that not everybody gets this right!
2. They mended my jacket - WITHOUT my needing to ask. They didn't even make a big deal of it. I just noticed that the buttons that I needed to replace were magically there when I picked it up.
3. The staff have always been, without fail, friendly and polite.
