This place needs renovation, its very important to keep up with the trend, they have some really experienced staff, but its a kind of oldschool, nowadays youngsters have become more conscious about there looks, and as we all know first impression is the last one, so this place should be renovated to attract the young segment.

Stay away from this place if you can. Horrible experience. The woman has no clue what she is doing and pricing is higher than other places. Her hand is unsteady and if you are trusting someone with your skincare, she is not the right person. I wish I could give this place zero star. So disappointed that I didn't review this place before I walked in.

I've been going for a few years. Let's face it...for the price.... you get what you pay for. I recently went for both upper lip and eyebrows and, with tip, it was $10. Not a fancy place. She could be a little more friendly with the customers. That being said - it's fine for the price. However, the last time I went for threading she literally took out a chunk of skin! Don't know if I'll be back.

Went for threading. Bad threading. She did threading on necks too (it was never requested or required). It was a bad experience, I was just hoping when I can escape. She told my husband n kid to go out to some store as my 2 year old was very active. SAD.
At the end she overcharged me, more than what is on Menu and on web Portal.
As others mentioned she is not polite, looks n sounds grumpy all the time.

Price is cheap, so is her service. Won't go again. It was First and Last time.

I wish I could put a negative star!! She totally messed up my eyebrows and then argued with my mom in a loud voice about how it wasn't her fault. Not only that, she completely overcharged us comparative to the fixed prices on the menu and again she argued about how her calculations were correct. She was rude and I'm totally disappointed. Never am I going back there again!!! -10 out 10 would NOT recommend.

I went to India Salon for a hair cut. I had long hair up to my elbow and wanted to get a layers cut. Only one lady was there in the salon, her name was Jayshree, she started my hair cut. I clearly told her in 3 languages (English, Hindi and Gujarati) that I don't want to cut it very short. I clearly told her just cut as little as possible to get rid of split ends. She showed me 2 inches of hair and asked if she could cut that. I said yes only id that's the minimum needed, I also mentioned I would prefer if she could cut lesser than 2 inches. Horrible place, horrible customer service!!
Went in for eyebrows and waxing , lady was on the phone talking loudly to someone and continued to ignore me for a full 5 minutes, it didn't seem like she would attend to me and so I interrupted her highness to ask how long would it take , and without pausing she signals 5 minutes . I sat another 4 minutes and sensing there was no end to her obvious soap opera on the phone , I walked out visibly very angry. Again no apology from her nor did she try to talk me out of walking. As someone who recently graduated from college and does not have so much money to spare, this place is an absolute God-send! I come here to get my legs waxed. Other places I've been to have taken an hour to wax my legs and charged me about $50. This place had me all finished in 15 minutes, and it didn't even cost me half the price!!!!!!! Like, wow! The ladies are really nice, and they know what they're doing. The place isn't super fancy, but they have everything you need in order to get a good waxing job done. GO HERE! GO! GO! GO!
