Definitely a five-star company. I can wholeheartedly recommend C&L Landscape Lighting. Having used others before, Frank excels in his ability to communicate, plan and execute. He can work within a budget, if that is your primary concern. He is organized, punctual and very hard-working. He transformed my practical needs into a beautiful vision. His truck seems to contain most everything I need, and if, on rare occasion, he doesn't have it, no worries, he will get it. Nothing is a problem that cannot be resolved. Frank did an outstanding job on our office landscape lighting. He was fair with his estimate. He listened to my ideas. Many contractors want to over-light areas but his ideas in combination with mine were just right.
