I called JL Floyd for some electrical work for my business and I was extremely satisfied! From the initial estimate all the way through to the completion of the job, the service was terrific and I felt valued as a customer. They even promptly came back a second time to install exit signs at a last minute notice. The experience was terrific from start to finish, prices were reasonable, and it was so easy to do business with them. Highly recommend for any electrical needs!

The call for assistance went out in the morning and they were able to come to our house early in the afternoon. I was impressed that the owner of the company, Jeff, was the electrician that arrived. He believes in picking up the slack when necessary and possible or referring out, the business model I have always practiced and believe in. Jeff was very professional and fixed our problem efficiently. I would recommend this company.

Scheduled an appointment for a quote, they committed to come by the house for a quote in the AM, approximately 9-11AM. No electrician showed up. At 12:30, I called and asked if they were still coming, and they mentioned I did not make it on the schedule for today. They requested to come by the house at 3PM. As I write this review at 3.53 PM, nobody has arrived, no phone call with an explanation, no e-mail, nothing. An entire day was spent waiting.
JL seemed like a pretty nice guy on the phone, and I am hopeful that he would take care of whatever needs you have with honesty and integrity. I suggest
