I have a flex spending credit card that I have used at this pharmacy with no problems in past. Except today, same card declined. They said other customers having same issue to call bank. 1st # on back is not bank it is my insurance. Called insurance # on back of card declined. They said on JJs side not them. I have plenty of funds, problem is they are not running as flex spending. Called pharmacy guy lied, was rude and claimed not them. Have had other issues, have found new compounding pharmacy will be using.

It just takes too long to get medications. It seems like they have a tendency to hold Rx's over the weekend, if the Rx comes in at the end of the week... almost as if they are "sitting" on it, to push it into the following week. I understand that this is a compounding pharmacy, but they need to grow to fit the demand if they wish to have higher ratings.

It seems like this pharmacy has no compassion whatsoever towards patients. If you're in severe pain like I am, they don't care whatsoever. I needed medicine from this place on two separate occasions and it takes days to get your medicine. And if you have certain insurances that is supposed to cover your medicine 100% be prepared, because they don't except a lot of the insurances. Thank God I actually had cash on me the day I went to pick up my medicine, otherwise I would've been screwed. But once again, I need my medicine and this is the only place my doctor sends the prescriptions to. so I'm stuck
