From the moment I first spoke with him on the phone all the way through his walking my wife and me through what he did, what to expect and when to follow up, he was professional and engaging. Shane is a great guy, doing honest and good work. He cleaned our parents' roof and gutters after fall leaves. Wish we had taken before and after photos, because the place looks great now. Shane called to attention some high priority issues that could affect their roof. He's a straightforward guy and very honest. We highly suggest KT Services. He offers other cleaning services and he came with all his own equipment. We will definitely rehire Shane as other small projects come up. Give him a call!

Shane did an amazing job cleaning our gutters (which were filled with pine cones, needles, and little “trees). He went above and beyond and made sure our roof was free of all debris. I would definitely rehire and recommend!

I have a 2 story house and had made several attempts to power wash it myself with limited success. It takes hours, I get wet, and I can only reach about 8 feet high so the top of the house still looked terrible. Even doing the patio takes most of a day.
Shane from KT Services was great. I used Home Advisor to find power washing services in my area. Shane called within 5 minutes of me sending the request for an estimate.
He was able to fit me into his schedule that week and gave me a great deal. I wanted the algae and mold washed off the house and figured I could do the patio and driveway myself
