We recently stayed at a Luxbnb in AU Park. We had booked in to stay for 18 nights but left after 5.
Where to start?
1) apartment very dark , and smelled of mildew which was covered up by a very strong smelling cleaning product.
2)Bed was not a queen but a full size and the mattress which was extremely soft turned out to be an air mattress! (Areo mattress)
3) bathroom had no extractor fan and had a large damp patch on the ceiling. Also toilet paper provided was so thin it was useless. I had to buy some more.
We have stayed in apartments in France as My daughter worked for a similar company

I booked a rental through this company for May 2022 in July 2021, paying over $2700 in deposits and fees. One week later, they emailed to cancel the reservation on the grounds that they had rented it in error. They offered two other properties, neither of which had a sufficient number of beds for my family and both of which were significantly more expensive. This cancellation led to serious challenges in finding alternate arrangements. It is now over 6 weeks later and they have STILL not refunded my deposit, despite repeated emails and attempts to contact. There has been no explanation

I has an extremely concerning experience with this business. I had booked a 2 week stay in a house managed by LuxBNB in November, 2020. The property was listed on VRBO, as well as on several other vacation rental sites and on Lux BNB's own site. I paid a total of approximately $2800 to secure reservation. Two months later I attempted to contact the business to inquire about extending our stay by two days. The manager of the business then proceeded to inform me that the property was a monthly rental only and that the weeks that I had booked and had received confirmed for had been pro-rated

We stayed at a LuxBnb property over Christmas break. The property was clean, cozy, and absolutely beautiful. The customer service lady was extremely helpful. She patiently walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend LuxBnb. We will definitely be using them again when we return to Washington DC.

Stay away from the place! Terrible management! Rules change as the "Guest relation Manager' of luxbnb pleases. She is rude, condescending and twists what you say.
Upon moving in, we found several hair in the sheets in one of the bedrooms. Upon informing the guest relation person of the company (luxbnb) running this place, she started a group text with me and the cleaning person twisting what we told her into a complaint for the "uncleanliness" of the apartment.
We had to make multiple complaints to have a trash can outside and for it to be collected. They requested from us that we put the trash

We stayed 5 days in their DuPont rental and were very impressed. The home is conveniently located to Metro Stations and restaurants. It is furnished quite nicely, with a generous supply of kitchen essentials - glasses, plates, silverware, etc. Everything was very clean and the 3 beds were very comfortable. A lovely home and we will rent it again when we return.

This bnb management company accepted my payment of a rental service. About one month later AFTER I check in they tried to get me to pay an extra $700 because THEY made a mistake with their pricing. I suspect the issue may have been that the management company of the property Ampeer forced them to charge a minimum rate. Not sure how that was my problem. Ended up having to scramble for another plave to stay at the last minute.

They canceled my reservation because of a pricing error on their part and then failed to refund my money within the 3-5 business day timeline that they set for themselves. I find it dishonest that a business would cancel a reservation due to its own error without first refunding the customer's money.

I had friends visit from out of the country who wanted to explore DC a bit. Through recommendation we rented a LUXbnb home in Georgetown and we absolutely loved it! The neighborhood was great and the house was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable and the price was a good deal. The managers were very communicative and provided us with a lot of information about the neighborhood and fun things to do. We will definitely stay with LUXbnb again next time! I am highly satisfied. Recently, we stayed at one of LUXbnb's apartment's in DC -- in a wonderful apartment in the center of the city, close to the Supreme Court, the Capitol and the Mall. LUXbnb's customer service is exceptional - easy to get a hold of them and they respond to questions quickly.

I absolutely fell in love with the Ampeer Residences, and there's no way I would have found them without LUXbnb. Hands down the best experience I've had with my lodgings on a work trip!

The LUXbnb home we stayed in was awesome!!! Where do I begin? It's situated in the handy and historical Bloomingdale district; this home is great for so many reasons. There are breakfast, dinner, take out places that are literally 30 seconds to several minutes walk from the front door. The list of possibilities only grows as you venture into the 5-10 minute walk. Public transportation is also readily available, from the bus, 2 houses away to the Metro, which is about 5-7 minutes' walk away you can get anywhere in the city.
