After being denied due to lack of employment (even though I have never not worked in my adult life) I had a very rude customer service rep that was using personal beliefs rather than the company's culture and values in mind. I will never go through them again. For a religious affiliated organization, they are a horrible business.

Worst experience ever. When I saw this offer on my employers website I was excited. It seemed very convenient and ideal! I applied and got denied for a credit limit due to i havent been employed long enough but that was not the problem. When I called they told me I was approved for a layaway and that I could browse on their website and call back when I was ready to make a purchase. I also received an email confirming this. Well I called again, same ph# on website, and they couldn't see what I was approved for because my application was still pending. I called other few times and kept getting different

Being in the Travel and Tourism industry myself, I tend to expect more from others in the same industry. I had been a Luther Sales client for a few furniture contracts, and when I found out they also did Vacation Getaway's as well, I was intrigued. I went to the site and applied..
